  2. Forms of payment are Visa, Master Card or Discover.
  3. SHOPSASshoes.com utilizes Authorize.net as our payment gateway. All financial transactions are encrypted and transferred to Authorize.net over the internet. SAS does not store any credit card information, making us 100% PCI compliant.
  4. After you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that can be used as a receipt.
  5. Receiving this notification means that we did not receive payment authorization from your financial institution. If your credit card payment was declined, we recommend verifying the card number, expiration date and billing address and shipping address if different.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. SHOPSASshoes.com customers pay $10 flat rate ground shipping regardless of size of order. Some multiple orders maybe shipped separately.
  2. Expedited Shipping. Sorry expedited shipping options are not available. No shipping available out of the United States.
  3. SHOPSASshoes.com ships to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses? Yes shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
  4. All orders are processed 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
  5. Average shipping is 2 to 7 days depending on destination. UPS Ground deliveries occur Mon-Fri. USPS deliveries Mon-Sat. FEDEX Mon-Fri. Sorry non these services offer holiday delivery. On occasion USPS, UPS and Fed EX experience unprecedent delays due to weather or events may cause package delays.
  6. How do I check status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from SHOPSASshoes.com which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 1(818)563-6723 with your name and order number. And we will look into it for you. Sorry, this does not apply to Military APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN POLICY

We will provide a full refund if shoes are unworn, or defective unworn merchandise within 30 days of the purchase, provided you have the receipt. Returns must be shipped back with the shoebox inside of the original packing cardboard box with a note if you prefer an exchange or refund.
